How Our Warehouse Operates
We buy truckloads of furniture directly from manufacturers at closeout pricing to our customers. Brand names we all know and love....
These loads consist of first quality, manufacturer overstocks and overruns at 30-70% off the MSRP. All items are sold on a first come first serve basis. Once unloaded, we post pictures of all available items on our Facebook page. Follow our page for updated items and pricing.
We also offer high end Showroom Samples that are only open to the trades. We purchase these entire showrooms and ship them back to our warehouse. Many of these loads contain unique, one of a kind items, as well as amazing deals for our customers.
We offer 2 types of high end mattresses in our warehouse. The Wellsville Memory Foam Hybrids carry a 10 year manufacturer warranty and ship directly to our customers homes within 3-4 business days. Best part, we still offer these for 60% off the MSRP. Call our store for more info.
By far, our most popular mattresses are the high end Showroom Samples that we receive truckloads of. These mattresses are sold for $3,500 and up in big box stores. We close them out at $699 for a queen and $799 for a king. These mattresses are first come first serve and can not be ordered. Follow our Facebook page for updates on new loads arriving.

Limited Warehouse Hours Due To Covid-19
Monday: CLOSED
Closed to the public. We are however, available for private appointments on this day.
Call our store for booking. 24 hour notice is required.
Tuesday thru Sunday: OPEN 10AM-5PM
During the current health concerns we ask that shoppers be limited to Adults Only for the time being.
We also ask that customers wear masks and maintain 6ft distance from other customers while shopping.

What Makes Our Furniture Warehouse Different?
We have a low-overhead operating structure. Your standard furniture store spares no expense when it comes to retail real estate, advertising, and in-store showrooms. All of these high expenses are built into the cost of their product at the retail level. Conversely, we do most of our advertising on social media and good old word of mouth. We believe our customers would much rather have the savings we pass along to them this way.
We don't carry any high-overhead associated with a typical delivery service. So bring your pickup trucks and SUV's. But for those who find this option difficult, we offer a local delivery service for you.
We buy in bulk! Weekly, we receive 53-foot truckloads of excess inventory, factory closeouts, and Wayfair liquidation. We store and sell out the items in our 6000 sq. ft. warehouse on a weekly basis to keep our cost down. We buy in large quantities to keep our prices at rock bottom for our customers.
